CallBase ® Computer Managed Information Query Reports The Query module is a powerful ad hoc search tool with many different report templates that can be selected depending on the desired outcome. By selecting an item from one of the drop down list you can quickly build a list of all customers who received a specific product. A mail merge and labels could then been generated, or a summary list with telephone numbers could be printed. You can also combine different searches into the working list and create a new subset of customers who all received various similar products. You can also tag them for a new promotion and track that promotion by tagging them for a contact code.
