From the Customer Window you can also view account details on the customer. Credits on the customer account are accumulated when they cancel a booking instead of providing them a refund. Bad debts are also tracked in the system and prevent the customer from buying additional items until the bad debt has been paid. You can also view the list of Post Dated cheques or Net 30 transactions outstanding from the Receivables button.
